This stay gets a 4 star only because we didn't get shampoo. But the place and staff are great. #115 has to be my favorite room of all the rooms I've been in.
Room was good for the price. Stayed a couple weeks. There were no bed bugs but the water did get as hot as I like, though my husband was okay with the temp.
I loved it everyone was nice and staff was helpful and I would love come back again. So much fun and plus. The area was good not to busy of a street respectful people honestly just follow they rules and tippy should not have any problems there or of anyone!!! Love this place°° #RETURNING !!!°

The location is great. It's right off the fwy. It is very quiet and peaceful. The young man at the office who checks me in and out is respectful and courteous and is responsive. He has a great attitude when dealing with me. The rooms are pretty good too .
My boyfriend and I was in town for a few days and decided to get a room at the Great Western Inn located in Forest Hill TX I was very impressed with the new renovation's that had been done to the room, newly painted room, clean restroom and a comfortable bed made my stay very pleasant I must also say that it was located right off the freeway with the convenience of stores and restaurants. My boyfriend was very impressed with the price as well so if you are looking for a great night sleep very convenient and affordable pricing I recommend the Great Western Inn located in Forest Hill TX.
I've enjoyed every single one of my stays I've had here. There rooms are clean & remodel I haven't had any complaints to about this place so far. I appreciate you guy's thank you.
I love the location, It's right off the highway with multiple gas stations and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and decent. Bob Patel at the front desk has great communication and customer skills... I have and will continue to recommend this room to friends and others. 5 10/10
